This full-body workout from Emerson Turnier of Turnier CrossTraining in Montreal is intended to work your upper body, your core, and your lower body.

This workout consists of 6 exercises. The ultimate goal here is to do the complete circuit – 10 reps of each exercise, in the order demonstrated in the video – 10 times. Yes, that means 100 reps of each exercise. Trust us, it gets easier over time!
