This full-body workout from Emerson Turnier of Turnier CrossTraining and Studio Adonnics in Montreal is intended to work your chest, back, legs, and core.
This workout consists of 7 exercises. The ultimate goal here is to do the complete circuit – 10 reps of each exercise, in the order demonstrated in the video – 10 times. Yes, that means 100 reps of each exercise (except for the plank which would be done at the end of your workout for 2 sets of 1 minute each). Trust us, it gets easier over time!
Remember – if you’re not sweating, you’re just pretending.
